Sweet and dark Bourbon cocktail, with a hint of citrus tang.
- 1 3/4 oz straight Bourbon whiskey
- 3/4 oz honey Bourbon whiskey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Two thin-sliced lemon slices
- Two teaspoons granulated sugar
- Muddle the lemon juice, one lemon slice and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and Bourbon.
- Shake vigorously until cold.
- Strain into rocks glass willed with crushed ice.
- Garnish with remaining lemon slice.
