A nice, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly syrupy, citrus drink.
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz Lillet
- 1/2 oz Carapano Antica sweet vermouth
- 5 drops of peach bitters
- Fresh orange juice (bonus points for fresh-pressed)
- Fresh mint
- Fill a medium glass or mason jar with large cubed ice.
- Pour Bourbon, Lillet and Antica over the ice.
- Pour in orange juice to taste.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
