- 2 ounces gin
- 3 blackberries
- 3/4 ounce heavy cream
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup
- In a shaker, muddle the blackberries
- Add the gin, cream and honey syrup
- Fill with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a chilled coupe
- In the absence of heavy cream, substitute half-and-half.
- To avoid gunking up your shaker, combine two parts honey to one part hot water, stir to dissolve, cool, and refrigerate until needed.
