Brazilian Ballerina

A slightly lighter take on the traditional Brazilian Caipirinha.

Ingredients

Technique

  1. Muddle lime and sugar in a mixing glass.
  2. Add cachaca, St. Germain and ice. Shake until chilled.
  3. Pour into an ice filled rocks glass. Top with Prosecco and stir.
  4. Garnish with lime wheels if you're feeling especially fancy.
