A slightly lighter take on the traditional Brazilian Caipirinha.
- 1/2 oz. cachaca
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
- 2 oz. Prosecco
- 1/2 a lime, quartered
- 2 barspoons sugar
- Muddle lime and sugar in a mixing glass.
- Add cachaca, St. Germain and ice. Shake until chilled.
- Pour into an ice filled rocks glass. Top with Prosecco and stir.
- Garnish with lime wheels if you're feeling especially fancy.
