The signature drink of the The Dude, made with San Francisco's own - Blue Bottle Coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Potato Vodka
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce cream
- 3/4 ounce Blue Bottle Coffee
Technique
- Grind 25 grams of beans
- Using a single cup cone dripper, brew coffee with 8 ounces of water @ 205 degrees F
- Allow coffee to cool at room temperature
- Shake liquor for roughly 10 seconds, careful not to create ice flakes
- Add coffee and ice to an old fashioned glass
- Strain liquor into glass
- Enjoy.
